PART TIME OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST NEEDED
POSITION DETAILS Working in the clinic 1 - 2 days per week with potential to increase work load. Preferred Friday with the possibility of another day. Assessment and intervention in paediatric occupational therapy ages 3-16 with variety of diagnosis including: ASD, SPD, ADHD, DCD, LD, Seizure Disorders, Brain Injury, Retts Syndrome, Down Syndrome, Global Developmental Delay, Cognitive challenges, Handwriting/printing challenges, Dysgraphia, Gross motor and Fine motor delays, etc. Report writing and providing consultation and recommendations to parents, schools, and care givers; attending IEPs, parent meetings; and working collaboratively with other professionals. This position requires strong communication and writing skills, and the ability to connect with children and their parents. APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS The candidate must be a member of COTBC, have a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in paediatric occupational therapy. Being listed as an RASP service provider is an asset. |
PART TIME SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST NEEDED
POSITION DETAILS Working in the clinic 1.5 - 2 days per week with potential to increase work load. Candidate must be able to complete assessment and intervention for children ages 3-16, with a variety of diagnosis related to communication and/or upper aerodigestive functions. APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS The candidate must be a member of CASLPA, have a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in paediatric speech-language pathology.
